Vacuum pump oil is one of the maintenance items of the vacuum packaging machine. It is changed every 3-5 months, just like our car maintenance and changing the oil is a reason. So, what is the replacement method of vacuum pump oil?
First of all, we need to know what parts the vacuum pump is? Where is it on the machine? Find the oil filling port, oil drain port, and oil cavity window of the vacuum pump, and then prepare tools and a small plate for receiving oil, you can start the following steps:
1. Use a tool to open the nut of the oil filling port and the oil drain port, and release the positive empty pump oil;
2. After the oil in the pump cavity is drained, install the nut of the oil drain port back;
3. After installing the nut back to the drain port, pour in new vacuum pump oil. If you can prepare more vacuum pump oil, add a small amount of oil first, then close the oil filler port, turn on the power and let the vacuum pump work several times, then turn on the vacuum pump. The oil is released, so as to flush the residue of the vacuum pump oil pipe and inner cavity, and protect the vacuum pump;
4. Then remember to observe the oil level in the window when refueling, to two-thirds of it;
5. After tightening the nut of the oil filler, you can continue to use the electricity.
