1. What is a self-supporting bag?
Doypack (Doypack) refers to a flexible packaging bag with a horizontal support structure at the bottom, which can open the bag and stand on its own without relying on any support. According to whether there is a suction nozzle, it can be divided into a self-supporting bag with a suction nozzle and a self-supporting bag without a suction nozzle. A self-supporting bag with a mouthpiece is usually also called a mouthpiece bag, because this self-supporting mouthpiece bag can stand on its own and the mouth looks like a penguin's mouth, so it can also be called a penguin bag. Stand-up pouches are also a common form of packaging on the market.
2. Which factors of the nozzle stand-up pouch will affect the design of the stand-up pouch filling machine?
There are many kinds of nozzle stand-up pouches on the market, because the stand-up pouch filling machine is mainly designed according to the nozzle of the stand-up pouch, so the structure of the nozzle is very important to the design.
I) There are single-layer and double-layer card slots for the nozzle. Single-layer card slots and double-layer card slots correspond to different bag loading methods.
II) The lid will also have different structures. When the size and structure of the lid are different, the corresponding screw cap structure should be designed accordingly. For example, the design of the capping head corresponding to the normal cap and the large cap is completely different, as shown in the figure: III) The filling capacity of the stand-up pouch filling machine is designed according to the capacity of the bag. Generally speaking, the adjustable capacity of the machine is higher than that of the bag. 20% more capacity is enough. The filling capacity of the stand-up pouch filling machine can be adjusted as required, but the adjustment range should not be too large. For example, it is not suitable to use the same filling system for the capacity of 50ml and 500ml, because the filling system of 500ml is not accurate enough when filling 50ml.
3. What kind of products is suitable for the production and packaging of the stand-up pouch filling and capping machine?
The automatic stand-up pouch capping machine is also known as the spout bag filling and sealing machine. As the name suggests, it is a mechanical equipment that integrates the functions of the stand-up pouch filling and capping and capping. Usually this kind of machine can fill fluid, semi-fluid, paste and other different forms of materials, such as soy milk, tomato sauce, laundry detergent, hydrogen water, suction jelly, etc. According to the status of different materials, corresponding filling methods should be designed.
