Trouble shooting method of particle packing machine

Particle packaging machine mainly includes motor, plastic film forming, conveyor belt conveying finished products, measuring by chain momentum cup, crank driving up and down linear motion of connecting rod, etc., the main features are: the main shaft is equipped with two pairs of gears and up and down cams, the feeding gear controls the measuring cup, the conveying gear controls the conveying of finished products; the upper cam is used to control the vertical seal moving welding head, and the lower cam controls the horizontal seal Move the welding head. So how should it proceed except for the failure?


1. The heat seal body does not heat up or the temperature of the heat seal body is out of control. It may be due to the damage of the heating pipe, the circuit fault, the break of the safety pipe, the damage of the temperature regulator and the open circuit of the thermocouple. The troubleshooting methods are replacing the heating pipe, checking the circuit, replacing the safety pipe, replacing the temperature regulator and replacing the thermocouple.


2. The paper feeding motor doesn't turn or doesn't stop because the paper feeding control lever is stuck, the paper feeding proximity switch is damaged, the starting capacitance is damaged, and the fuse tube is broken. The elimination methods are to solve the stuck reason, replace the paper feeding proximity switch, replace the starting capacitance, and replace the fuse tube.


3. The color mark positioning and photoelectric tracking compensation are out of control. This is because the packaging materials meet with seams or burrs, and there are sundries in the shaper, which cause the paper to go unsmooth, the packaging materials pop out of the cardboard of the photoelectric switch (eye), the light point of the photoelectric switch (eye) deviates from the color mark, the sensitivity of the photoelectric switch is poor or the light and shade are used incorrectly. The elimination methods are to remove the unqualified packaging materials and clean them The shaper can make the paper run smoothly, insert the packaging materials into the cardboard, adjust the left and right positions of the cardboard to make the light spot in the middle of the color code, replace the photoelectric switch or select the light and dark switch correctly.


4. The reasons for the poor sealing are the uneven inner layer of the packaging materials, the uneven sealing pressure and the low sealing temperature. The solutions are to remove the unqualified packaging materials, adjust the sealing pressure and increase the heat sealing temperature.


5. The bag length error is large when the color mark tracking is not carried out. This is because the bag length setting value is not appropriate, the friction force is reduced due to the grinding of the roller pattern, and the roller pressure is small. The solution is to increase the bag length setting value so that the actual bag length is equal to or slightly greater than the standard length of the color mark, change the roller, increase the roller pressure and adjust the spring pressure of the passive roller shaft.
