2. Operate safely in accordance with the daily procedures, use the equipment without overload, and immediately remove the unsafe factors.
3. Wipe and set up mechanical processing plant for standby, and lubricate and oil according to regulations. Check whether the handle position and manual operation position are correct and flexible, and whether the safety device is reliable. Check whether the transmission is normal and whether the lubrication and cooling are smooth during low-speed operation.
4. Check the technical conditions of all parts, fasten the loose parts and adjust the fit clearance. Check the interlock and safety device.
5. It is not allowed to dismantle parts. In case of different machinery manufacturing and automation, it is often stopped immediately. It is not allowed to operate with faults.
6. Ensure that all kinds of indicating instruments and safety devices of packaging machinery are sensitive and accurate, and conduct regular calibration. If some equipment has special requirements for the environment, corresponding measures shall be taken to ensure the performance of the equipment.
