The heater is a very easily damaged part of the vacuum packaging machine. After a period of use, it will be found that it needs to be adjusted and replaced due to loss. The following describes the adjustment and replacement of this part:
1. Take out the heated wires and loosen the pins or bolts fixing the phenolic board.
2. Separate the water heater from the partition.
3. Take out the outer insulation cloth first.
4. If there is heating property, the copper nut can be loosened on one end, and the copper screw on the other end can be loosened. When the copper nut is loosened again, the heating property of the copper nut will increase.
If the heater cannot be used, the screws at both ends must be removed. Insert one end of the replaced heater into the heater slot. After winding the copper wire around the heater more than once, place the heater in the middle of the heater width, and then tighten the copper wire. Then install the copper wire at the other end on the heater according to the above method (if the heater is too long, it can be reduced). Tighten the copper wire so that the copper wire on the heater is tightened and rotated.
