First of all, after the machine is unpacked, please install it correctly according to the illustration. During the installation, connect the compressed air source and control the pressure at 0.6MPa, and then install the valve in the main pipeline of compressed air.
Secondly, when the right door of the machine is opened to add machine oil, clean special oil should be added to the oil mark of the rotary atomizer instead of miscellaneous oil. The most noteworthy thing is that the air pressure should not be brought when the oil is added, and the oil volume should be controlled at 8 points, which is the most appropriate.
In addition, when the air source is connected, check whether there is air leakage on each sealing surface. Adjust the air pressure to 0.3-0.4mpa and start to adjust the oil quantity. Check the fuel injection regularly. Generally, spray one drop of oil after several times.
Finally, adjust the filling quantity. We should first rotate the hand wheel to adjust the filling volume and observe the scale of the indicator window. If the required filling volume is reached, we should adjust the speed of suction and discharge at the same time to achieve a satisfactory filling effect. If it is not satisfied, the filling quantity shall be measured until the correction is satisfied.
