The automatic liquid paste packing machine is suitable for liquid and paste and pharmaceuticals such as drinks, juice, honey, cream, toothpaste, fruits paste, shampoo, bean paste, chili paste, yogurt etc automatic filling, coding, packing etc. The automatic liquid paste packing machine can weigh the product, form the bag, fill the product. Finally get the packaged product. It has back sealing, 3 sides sealing and 4 sides sealing with normal packing and triangle packing. 

• Working principle

a. The structure of the machine is mainly composed of the following parts:

1. Main transmission mechanism

2. Membrane feeding mechanism

3. Heat sealing mechanism

5. Quantitative mechanism

6. Auxiliary transmission mechanism

b. The principle is as follows:

1. Manually install the thin film into the film feeding wheel and start the machine to set the heat sealing temperature.

2. Paste or liquid materials are added into the barrel.

3. Try to seal the bag.

4. If the bag is qualified, turn on the automatic blanking function.

5. Take out several finished bags and weigh them with electronic scale or balance. If the measurement fails to meet the requirements, stop the machine and readjust the measurement.

6. Output of finished products.
