Maintenance is divided into: routine maintenance, regular maintenance (points: first-level maintenance, second-level maintenance, third-level maintenance), special maintenance (points: seasonal maintenance, decommissioning maintenance).
Routine maintenance is centered on cleaning, lubrication, tightening and testing. Routine maintenance is required during and after the machine is in operation.
The first-level maintenance is performed on the basis of routine maintenance. The main work content is to lubricate, tighten and check the relevant parts and their cleaning work.
The secondary maintenance is focused on inspection and adjustment. Specific inspection of the engine, clutch, transmission, transmission components, steering and brake components.
The three-level maintenance is mainly to detect, adjust, eliminate hidden troubles and balance the wear of various components. Diagnose and inspect the parts that can affect the performance of the device and the parts that have symptoms of failure, and then complete the necessary replacement, adjustment, and troubleshooting.
Seasonal maintenance refers to that the packaging machine should focus on the inspection and repair of components such as the combustion system, hydraulic system, cooling system and starting system before the summer and winter.
