In order to reduce the internal stress of the hairy embryo, the automatic packaging machine should attach great importance to the problem of deformation when making the production and processing technology of the hairy embryo. After the rough embryo is made, and in the whole process of machining and manufacturing, it is necessary to allocate sufficient technological process to remove the thermal stress, so as to reduce the residual thermal stress in the parts. In the machining and manufacturing of the automatic vacuum packaging machine, the deep processing of the initial processing is divided into two process flows, and each storage time is vacated in the two process flows, which is beneficial to the removal of thermal stress; in the whole process of the machining and manufacturing, the processing process standards should be preserved as much as possible, which can be used in the maintenance, so as to reduce the error value caused by the different standards of the maintenance, production and processing.
When manufacturing engine crankshaft, if the thimble mouth is cut off by the event process flow and another needle mouth is made for grinding engine crankshaft during maintenance, the error value will be enlarged. In order to reduce the in-situ stress and deformation of parts after machining and manufacturing, a natural aging or artificial service aging treatment should be carried out again after deep processing for the key or very complex parts. For some very fine parts, such as indexing measurement and verification organization, multiple aging treatments should be arranged in the process of finishing.
