The double chamber is reciprocating. The lower vacuum system is divided into two upper and lower working rooms. The upper vacuum system is offset up and down by the support points of the four crankshafts. The four crankshafts are fixed on the two long shafts. There are tension spring forks on the long shafts. , The lower side of the two tension springs is fixed on the sound card frame, and the upper end is fixed on the tension spring fork, which has the effect of equalizing the actual operating force. The two long shafts are accurately positioned by the two sets of sealed bearings. Four crankshafts The upper end is also inlaid with miniature bearings, so the up and downshift is very light and easy. The vacuum pump starts up with a slight working pressure and can be opened automatically after the air return is completed.
The support points are offset from the four connecting rods of the upper vacuum system. The front and rear, left, and right sides of each long axis should be maintained in parallel. The upper and lower crankshafts should also be relatively parallel to ensure that the upper vacuum system is in all positions. Maintain parallel planes with the lower vacuum system. Otherwise, the upper and lower vacuum systems cannot maintain parallel planes, and the actual operating pressure will increase significantly. In severe cases, it is impossible to create a vacuum pump normally.
