Why does the heating wire of the vacuum packaging machine burn?

2. If the vacuum packaging time is too short, too much residual gas in the room will cause the heating wire to oxidize too early. Generally, the heating wire of a one-room food vacuum packaging machine will be destroyed less frequently.

3. It is a programming design problem. The proper heating process is that the heating wire just starts to work after the heating wire is pressed to the sealing line. However, many manufacturers blindly pursue perfect work performance and usually heat up before pressing the mouth, causing the heating wire to burn out.

 

4. It should be related to the heating wire material of the food vacuum packaging machine. Nowadays, nickel-chromium alloy or iron-chromium alloy is widely used. Nickel-chromium alloy is cost-effective and durable, but the price is much more expensive than iron-chromium. There is also a stainless steel electric heater, which is of poor quality and is easily damaged.

 

5. Copper pillars are oxidized by too much air. Basically, food vacuum packaging machines use copper pillars. After a period of use, they will be oxidized to grayish black, so the heating wire is very prone to burn out.
