Stretch film machine is mainly used to produce uniaxially stretched polyethylene plastic film (stretch film, stretch film) and the production of cling film. It is composed of three parts: main engine, auxiliary engine and electric control.
There are two main parts:
1. Stretch forming: The main work is to put a flat stretchable film through a heating plate to increase the temperature of the film to increase the plasticity of the film, and then stretch the film to be the same as the mold through compressed air and suction shape.
2. Heat-sealing packaging: After the upper film and the lower film are combined, the air in the film is extracted to form a vacuum state. The upper film is in contact with the upper heat-sealing plate, and the film is heated by the heat of the heat-sealing plate. The material of the heat-sealing layer is melted, and then squeezed under pressure to bond the upper and lower films together to form a whole to ensure that the product packaging does not leak.
Other structures include lower film unwinding, upper film unwinding, printing film cursor tracking, last printing, horizontal and vertical cutter, running chain, etc.
