DY-8 manual coding machine is used to print the batch code, expiry date, production date on the plastic packing bag, paper box etc. The manual coding machine can print 3 lines max.

The manual printer adopts hot printing tape instead of ink, adopts special movable type loading and unloading structure, and can print code on any flexible packaging material. Printing code is clear, not easy to erase, clean, no ink pollution, is an economic and health printing way.

Manual printer is a non-contact inkjet marking system controlled by single chip microcomputer. By controlling the internal gear pump or supplying compressed gas from the outside of the machine, the ink in the system is forced to emit through a nozzle with a diameter of tens of microns. Then, the ink drops are charged separately when passing through the charging electrode, and the charged amount is controlled by the CPU of the central processing unit. Then, the actual charged amount and phase of the ink drop are detected by detecting the electrode. Finally, the charged ink drops are deflected The electrode is deflected in the electric field, which is ejected from the nozzle and punched at different positions on the surface of the product to form the required marks such as words and patterns. The non recharged ink drops are sent into the recycling tank and re-enter the ink circulation system inside the machine.
