What is the reason why the vacuum bag cannot be sealed? How to solve it

1. Insufficient heat sealing temperature. In general, when the Obrbr-lined composite bag has a total thickness of 80-90 μm, the heat-sealing temperature should reach 170-180 °C, and the total thickness of the brE-lined composite bag is 85-100 μm. When the temperature is controlled, it is controlled at 180 to 200°C. As long as the overall thickness of the bag is increased, the heat sealing temperature must be increased accordingly.



2. The heat sealing speed is too fast. Sealing has nothing to do with the speed of the sealer. If the speed is too fast, the seal will be transferred to the cold press for cooling in the future, which will naturally fail to meet the heat sealing quality requirements.


3. The pressure of the cold-pressed rubber wheel is not suitable. There is one on each cold-pressed rubber wheel, and the pressure between them should be moderate. When adjusting the pressure, only the spring should be clamped.


4. There is a problem with the quality of the vacuum bag. Sealing has nothing to do with the quality of the vacuum bag. If the corona treatment of the composite liner is not uniform, the effect is not good, and it is just in the sealing position, of course it is impossible to seal. This situation is rare, but when it occurs, the product is bound to be scrapped.


5. If the seal of the vacuum bag is filled with water or dirty, the seal will also be weakened. In short, to solve the first problem of poor sealing, generally, the heat sealing temperature can be appropriately increased, then the heat sealing speed can be reduced, and the pressure of the cold pressing rubber wheel can be increased at the same time.
