After checking whether the sensor wiring is correct, turn on the power supply of the control cabinet and preheat it for 15 minutes before debugging. In this paper, the maximum weighing capacity is 100kg, the graduation value is 0.2kg, the quantitative value is 90kg, and the accuracy grade meets the technical requirements of X (0.2) as an example.
(1) Off load adjustment
Put 10kg weights on two bearing points of the weighing bucket. When the weighing display shows "positive difference", the output of the sensor shall be adjusted in the decreasing direction; when the weighing display shows "negative difference", the output of the sensor shall be adjusted in the increasing direction. For example, when the output of L / C-1 sensor decreases, a set of fine tuning resistors (original value is 10 ohms) related to L / C-1 will rotate to the left with the same amount of rotation.
Turn right (clockwise) the resistance value decreases, and the display value increases (recorded as "plus");
Turn left (counterclockwise) the resistance value increases and the display value decreases (record as "minus").
Note: when rotating the micro adjustment resistor, if the rotation amount of each group of two is inconsistent, it will make adjustment difficult, so the rotation amount of each group of micro adjustment resistor of the sensor should be consistent as much as possible. It is qualified if the absolute error of each bearing point is no more than 10g.
(2) Weighing adjustment
Adjust the weighing according to the calibration steps in the instructions of the weighing display controller. During the verification, the weights shall be increased in the order of 0kg, 40kg, 70kg, 90kg and 100kg respectively from the zero point to the maximum point, and the errors shall not be greater than 10g, 20g, 35g, 45g and 50g respectively; the weights shall be increased in the order of 100kg, 40kg, 70kg, 90kg and 100kg respectively from the maximum value to the zero point The weight of 90kg, 70kg, 40kg and 0kg shall be decreased in sequence, and the error shall not be greater than the respective tolerance; the repeatability verification shall be carried out at two quantitative points of 40kg and 100kg, and each weighing point shall be carried out three times, and each time the error shall not be greater than the respective tolerance.
(3) Parameter setting
There are many parameters to be set for the quantitative packaging scale. The following is an example of common key parameters:
a. The quantitative value of the weighing display controller can be set as the quantitative target value, such as 90kg, etc.
b. Fast acceleration and slow acceleration.
When the weight is more than (set value) - (advance amount of fast heater), stop fast heater and turn to slow heater;
When the weight is > (set value) - (advance amount of slow feeding), stop feeding.
