2. Check whether the filling liner is blocked. There are two types of blockage: the machine was filled last time, and it was left for a long time without cleaning, which caused the product in the liner to solidify and block the liner. Second, There are sundries in the product, which are stuck on the piston of the inner liner, resulting in a poor sealing effect. If the above two situations occur, please clean it in time to avoid damage to the piston.
3. The above two situations can not solve the problem, which is that the sealing ring on the inner tank piston has been damaged, please replace it. The part below the hopper that sends the product to the filling nozzle is called the inner tank.
Operation guide:
1. Before use, clean the hopper and add the product (the paste liquid you need to fill)
2. After adding the product, press down the manual joystick until the product can come out of the filling nozzle normally.
3. After the product can come out normally, start to adjust the filling volume. There is a plastic nut under the hopper. Twist clockwise the filling volume becomes smaller, on the contrary, it becomes larger. After adjusting the filling volume you need, you can start working.
