1. Installers should read the "Vacuum Packaging Machine Instruction Manual" carefully before operation, and abide by the various operating rules and safety precautions in the "Vacuum Packaging Machine Instruction Manual".
2. Before running the vacuum packaging machine, fill the vacuum pump with HFV-32 high-speed vacuum pump oil or 32N oil according to the regulations, (when placed in a horizontal position, the oil level is kept at 3/4 of the oil window). The inner oil level shall not be lower than 1/2 of the oil window. Do not inject too much to prevent oil splashing.
3. The vacuum packaging equipment should be placed horizontally, which is particularly important for the external vacuum packaging machine, so that the machine can maintain a good ventilation and heat dissipation environment, there should be no corrosive gas around the product, and the vacuum packaging machine must not be operated in a large dust environment.
4. According to the different models of vacuum packaging equipment, there may be differences in the power supply configuration. Please be sure to carry out protective grounding before use.
5. Operation steps: turn on the power supply, and press the cover to open automatically (the chain-type rolling vacuum packaging machine will automatically open the cover after it is connected to the power supply, and automatically open after closing the vacuum cover by pressing the button next to the control panel), use For models with three-phase power supply (three-phase four-wire), attention should be paid to the forward and reverse rotation directions of the motor. If a short-time reversal has no effect on the equipment, long-term reversal is not good for the vacuum pump.
6. According to different regions or seasons across the country, please preheat the vacuum pump before starting at low temperature. When preheating the vacuum pump, please turn off the heating function to prevent the heating device from being burned out and causing unnecessary losses.
