Its high efficiency is obvious to all, but the machine will inevitably have more or less problems. Today's small edition brings us common faults and handling methods of liquid filling machine.
Fault problem: if we are filling large specifications, the feed tank is insufficient, resulting in unstable liquid level. Causing incorrect filling.
Solution: increase the filling amount or close the ball valve again, reset the filling time (lengthen the filling time) and slow down the filling speed.
Problem: if the digital dial or unit is adjusted, the time does not change.
Solution: turn off the power and turn on the power again.
Fault problem: if the feed tank is full, the liquid level is stable, and the filling quantity is not accurate.
Solution: there may be sundries blocking the filling channel. Check the inlet of the chute or the filling mouth, and clean up the sundries.
Problem: if there is a problem of leakage after closing and stopping liquid filling.
Solution: 1. The orifice of the filling nozzle may be damaged. Take out the filling nozzle to repair the orifice. The diameter of the orifice shall not be greater than 7.5mm. After the hole diameter is repaired, the hole surface can be slightly ground on the water abrasive paper.
2. The ball valve in the filling head is damaged and needs to be replaced.
Problem: if there is no filling after touching the filling switch, the digital indicator LED of the time relay will not flash.
Solution: it is possible that the injection switch is damaged or the time relay base is loose. Replace the injection switch of the same model or press the time relay base tightly.
Problem: if there is no filling after touching the filling switch, but the digital LED indicator of the time relay flashes.
Solution: 1. Check whether there is air pressure or whether the air pressure is too low. If it doesn't meet the air pressure requirements, we should adjust it in time, and then start the machine for observation.
3. If the air pressure meets the requirements, it may be that the solenoid valve coil is damaged or the pneumatic valve core is stuck by the stolen goods. You can unplug the power supply, open the board, turn or press the button beside the corresponding solenoid valve coil with the goods. If the valve can be reversed, it means that the solenoid valve coil is damaged. If it cannot be reversed, it is that the valve core is stuck. You can replace the solenoid valve coil or disassemble the valve for repair.
As long as we pay attention to the maintenance of the liquid filling machine at ordinary times and observe the common small problems carefully, we can solve the emergency treatment by ourselves. Before the manufacturer's after-sales maintenance personnel come over to further confirm, they will not become a hindrance to our operation efficiency.
