2. Before starting the machine, add proper amount of lubricating oil to each moving part, oil hole and oil nozzle, and inject proper amount of oil to the vacuum pump according to the instructions of the vacuum pump. Observe the oil window of the vacuum pump. Pay attention to the minimum oil volume when the vacuum pump is running, so that the oil level of the oil window is not less than 1 / 2 of the height of the oil window, and the maximum oil volume so that the oil level of the oil window is not higher than 3 / 4 of the height of the oil window.


3. Vacuum adjustment

According to the needs of the packed goods, the best vacuumizing time is chosen to obtain the appropriate vacuum degree. The longer the vacuumizing time is, the higher the vacuum degree will be, depending on the actual operation results.


4. Adjustment of heat sealing temperature and time

According to the different materials of the packed goods and bags, the best heat sealing time and temperature crotch position are set to obtain the best sealing strength, which depends on the actual results.
