In the application of traditional Chinese medicine to enhance maintenance work, maintain the vacuum pump oil level regularly, and maintain the oil volume at two-thirds or three-quarters of the oil level. The imported oil pump shall be imported special vacuum pump oil.
Under all normal conditions, the vacuum pump oil shall be removed and replaced once or twice in a disordered work. The oil in the pump shall be grayish black or milky white. If there is water drop in the oil or the oil is expanded this year, it shall be confirmed that the oil has been polluted by the environment. It shall be removed and replaced immediately and the oil quantity shall be checked again.
Before removing and changing the vacuum pump oil, first run the machine and equipment for 15-30 minutes, then stop the operation after the oil temperature is high, disconnect the switch power supply, turn off the oil supply cover, open the oil anchor bolt, and drain the oil. Then tighten the anchor bolts for adding oil, fill the new vacuum pump oil to the required height width ratio, and tighten the oil supply cover.
