Adjustment before use:
1. Adjust the vacuum
The pumping time of the vacuum packaging machine is digitally displayed and continuously adjustable. The pumping time of the small vacuum packaging machine is adjustable from 0 to 30 seconds in a digital rotary type. Adjust the length of the pumping time to achieve the required vacuum. Depending on the vacuum-packed products, adjust the vacuum time according to the product;
2. Adjust the heating temperature
Select the required heating temperature according to the material of the packaging bag, and adjust the heating temperature knob to the corresponding position.
3. Adjust the heating time
Heating time, digital display, continuously adjustable, according to the packaging materials and heating temperature, adjust the heating time knob to select the appropriate heating time.
Matters needing attention when using:
1. Turn on the power switch.
2. Open the packaging bag bead, put the packaging bag containing the packaged items into the working room, and place the seal on the silicone rubber strip flatly. Do not overlap the bag. Turn over the packaging bag bead to press the opening of the packaging bag. it is good.
3. Press down on the upper working room and close the lid. The machine will automatically complete the vacuum packaging process and automatically open the lid according to the program. Some equipment is equipped with an emergency stop switch.
4. Open the vacuum cover and take out the packaging bag to complete a working cycle.
5. Turn off the power switch and pull out the power plug when you stop working.
