Before operating the liquid packaging machine, the first operation preparation is to connect the power supply, turn on the power switch on the electric control box, and let the packaging machine fully preheat.
After that, we need to make sure that the inside and outside of the packaging machine are clean, close the drain valve, and check whether the metal hose for delivering the liquid medicine is properly connected if the liquid medicine is packaged.
At the same time, make sure that the packing roll is led between the edge sealing shafts. Whether the tray containing the package is placed in place.
Then, operate the liquid packaging machine as follows:
1. The packaging machine is fully preheated, and the alarm is completed. Set the "set bag length" and "set bag number" according to the quantity of liquid medicine, and press the "start" button to start heating and packaging;
Seal several empty bags, press the "stop" button to stop, observe the packaging effect of the bag, press the "start" button when the heat is good, and immediately press the "fill" button to fill the liquid medicine.
2. Clean the outside of the machine with a clean cloth. When the packaging machine is not used for a long time, the power supply of the electric control box shall be turned off to save energy and prolong the life of the packaging machine.
3. Clean the filter device with purified water, drain the waste water together with the glass barrel and pipeline of the packaging machine, close the drain valve, add some purified water to the packaging machine, and cut the lower mouth of the packaging bag under the cutter shaft;
Press the "cleaning" button to make the purified water flow out of the injection tube assembly, and then press the "static / regulating" button to stop the delivery and complete the cleaning.
