1. The box part of the machine is equipped with an oil meter. All oil should be refueled before starting the machine. Add oil during the operation according to the temperature rise and operating conditions of each bearing.
2. The worm gear box must store engine oil for a long time. The oil level is as high as the entire worm gear can penetrate into the oil. If it is used frequently, the oil must be replaced every three months. There is an oil plug at the bottom for draining the oil.
3. When refueling the machine, do not let the oil spill out of the cup, let alone flow around the machine and on the ground. Because oil can easily contaminate materials and affect product quality.
3. Maintenance instructions
1. Regularly check the machine parts, check whether the worm gear, worm, bolts on the lubricating block, bearings and other movable parts rotate freely and are worn. If defects are found, they should be repaired in time and should not be used reluctantly.
2. The machine should be used in a dry and clean room, and should not be used in places where the atmosphere contains acids and other gases that are corrosive to the body.
3. When the drum moves back and forth during work, please adjust the M10 screw on the front bearing to the appropriate position. If the gear shaft moves, please adjust the M10 screw on the back of the bearing frame to the appropriate position, adjust the gap so that the bearing does not make any noise, turn the pulley by hand, and tighten it appropriately. Too tight or too loose may cause damage to the machine. .
4. If it is out of service for a long time, the whole machine must be wiped clean, the smooth surface of the machine parts should be coated with anti-rust oil, and covered with a cloth.
