Replace the exhaust filter when the pressure exceeds 0.6bar.
2、 Clean the suction valve flap of the vacuum packaging machine. When the suction nozzle of the vacuum packaging machine leaks, clean the square cleaning solution of the suction valve flap in the suction nozzle, and blow it with the air compressor to ensure that it is installed in the suction nozzle clean and flat.
3、 Clean the suction filter screen of the food vacuum packaging machine. The suction filter screen should be kept clean to prevent the pumping speed from dropping. The suction inlet filter screen is a filter screen to prevent the impurities of larger particles.
The main operation steps are: after stopping the pump, first unscrew the suction nozzle connector from the suction nozzle, loosen the four screws on the suction nozzle, take out the suction strainer in the suction nozzle, put it in the cleaning liquid (diesel oil or kerosene) for cleaning, then blow it dry, clean the plane of the suction nozzle, install the suction strainer into the suction nozzle, and tighten the suction nozzle with four screws.
