The capping function is realized by two synchronous clamping belts and three groups of six capping wheels. The torque adjustment function makes the screw cap just right.
The working principle and flow of the capping machine of the filling production line:
1. Bottle unscrambler, use a bottle unscrambler to neatly arrange the messy empty bottles into the conveyor belt. The empty bottles are blocked by the chuck under the filling head.
2. Filling by plunger pump After filling is completed, the chuck will take away the filled bottles and block the empty bottles at the same time.
3. After the filling is completed, the bottle is sent to the stopper capping chuck station into the station chuck.
4. The manipulator sucks up the inner plug, and a large vibrating disk can be seen to send the piles of inner plugs neatly into the slideway for the manipulator to take.
5. When the bottle passes the lid-hanging head, the lid is hung. The same lid is also sorted through a vibrating plate and sent into the slideway and then slides into the lid-hanging head.
6. After the lid is hung up, the capping hammer presses the cap to the bottom, and the cap-locking head uses the claw knife to roll the cap and the body together.
