Filling process:
The filling valve is the main component of the automatic filling machine. It communicates or cuts off the flow channel between the liquid storage tank, the air chamber and the filling container at the fastest speed to ensure the smooth progress of the filling process.
The filling process of the filling machine using the normal pressure method is:
Intake liquid and return air; stop liquid inflow; remove remaining liquid
At present, the valve opening and closing structure of the filling machine generally adopts the following forms:
1. It is controlled by the bottle lifting mechanism, which can control the axial linear movement of the movable part of the valve body.
2. Open and close by lifting the bottle to be filled. For the liquid valve in the mechanical multi-shift valve, the liquid valve in the mechanical multi-shift valve can be controlled to open by lifting the bottle twice to ensure that no bottle is filled.
3. For multi-shift valves, the bottle lifting mechanism below first opens the air valve, and the fixed stop is used to control the rotational swing or radial or axial linear movement of the movable part.
4. In order to prevent leakage when the liquid valve is opened when there is no bottle, additional pneumatic, electric or mechanical automatic control methods need to be used;
