Development status of packaging machine

As far as the sales packaging of food is concerned, there are two main types of packaging technology that are most commonly used today, namely filling and wrapping. The filling method is suitable for almost all materials and all kinds of packaging containers. Specifically, for liquids, powders, and granular materials with good fluidity, they mainly rely on their own gravity, and must be supplemented with a certain mechanical effect to complete the packaging process. 


For semi-fluids with strong viscosity or single pieces and assemblies with large shapes, corresponding compulsory measures such as squeezing, pushing in, picking and placing are required. As for the wrapping method, it is different from this. It is mainly applicable to single pieces or assemblies that have a regular shape, sufficient rigidity, and require tight packing. Multi-use flexible plastics and their composite materials (some additional Lightweight pallets, liners), wrapped by mechanical action.


In the past ten years or more, the international packaging industry has attached great importance to improving the general and multifunctional integration capabilities of packaging machinery and the entire packaging system, and to provide timely and flexible production methods for diversified products that are constantly expanding in the market.
