Cartoning machines are used for product packaging. It fills the box with a measured quantity of material and closes or seals the opening of the box. Boxers are used to complete transport packaging. It packs the finished sales package into the box in a certain arrangement and quantity, and closes or seals the open part of the box. The cartoning machine and the cartoning machine have the functions of container forming (or opening the container), measuring, loading and sealing. Figure 2 is a flowchart of the hose filling, boxing, and packing line.
The filling machine positions the hose container, and after metering, the end of the container is sealed and then sent to the cartoning machine. The cartoning machine first forms the box blank, wraps the hose with a liner, and pushes it into the box to close the box mouth. The small boxes are conveyed to the large box packing machine through the conveying device and stacked. After a predetermined amount is stacked, the large box blank is formed into a container in a wrapped manner, while the small box is filled therein and sealed with glue.
The large boxes are transported to a cartoner and stacked, and when they reach a predetermined number, they are loaded into an open box. After packing, the box cover is glued and sealed by a box sealing and sticking machine, and tape is glued to the seam of the cover tongue or the box is bound firmly with a strapping machine.
