Automatic round bottle labeling machine, common problems and solutions

The automatic round bottle labeling machine is a labeling machine that our company sells very well, and it has also been very well evaluated when used by customers. However, some minor problems may occur due to improper debugging and operation or other reasons during use. The following editor will do a simple analysis and processing for these minor problems.


1. Bottom paper break :

 

Bottom paper breakage is closely related to the three factors of label bottom paper quality , bottom paper scratches in the label traction path, and label adhesion. 

①Check if the bottom paper is damaged . If the bottom paper is damaged, you need to replace the bottom paper with high quality. It is recommended to use Glassine bottom paper, and the label supplier is required to control the depth of die cutting so that the bottom paper cannot be damaged.  

②Check whether there are scratches during the label detour, and eliminate the scratch factors. 

③ If the label sticks, the label is easy to tear off. Control the length of the label to ensure that the product does not stick to the good label.

 

2.  Labeling deviation exceeds accuracy requirements:

 

The label deviation is related to the deviation of the label tape, the direction of the label tape is not parallel to the product conveying direction, the traction wheel is slippery, the packaging material positioning detection is inaccurate, the label is not attached to the product along the labeling roller, the product error is related to several factors, check the above Several factors, and then targeted solutions

 

   ① The label takes off: relax the traction mechanism, and pull the label back and forth to let it go straight automatically. After the label is aligned, clamp the limit rings on both sides to correct the label. The direction of the label tape is not parallel to the direction of product conveying, which can be achieved by adjusting the inclination of the labeling head. 

  ② The traction wheel slips, the traction wheel is worn out, and the traction wheel locking screw is loose, and the traction wheel locking screw can be tightened for both reasons. 

  ③ Packing material error, in the process of packaging material production, edge error will cause labeling deviation, which can be solved only by controlling the quality of the packaging material. 

 

3.  Continuous bidding:

 

Continuous and incomplete labeling is related to the detection sensitivity of the electric eye , just adjust the sensitivity. 

If the adjustment of the electric eye still fails, the label may be out of the applicable scope of the selected electric eye, or the electric eye may be damaged. Another reason is that the label tape is misaligned and the electric eye does not detect the label. Just adjust the electric eye back and forth to the detection position.

 

4.  The bottom paper is loose at the peeling target plate:

 

The slack of the bottom paper is related to the low traction speed and the slippage of the traction mechanism. If the traction speed is too low, increase the traction speed to solve the problem . If the traction mechanism slips, tighten the locking screw of the traction roller until the bottom paper does not slip. In addition, pay attention that the force of the take-up bar is too small when taking paper, adjust the "clutch adjustment screw".
