Installation, commissioning and use instructions, operation process
①. Vertical automatic packaging machine, finished product conveyor, and automatic feeding machine are connected to 220VAC power supply with leakage protection of more than 10A, and at the same time ensure the safety of equipment grounding.
②. Connect the air source through the trachea to the entrance of the triplet of the packaging machine and fix it, and install the packaging film to guide the film through the film according to the guiding direction and lead out from the bottom port of the bag maker.
③. Human-machine interface debugging. The data of cutting knife, horizontal sealing, vertical sealing, bag length, inflation, film transport and other equipment in the Chinese and English display interface have been set before leaving the factory, and the parameters in the function menu can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
